Another boat naming!
Yes, we've got another boat to name on Sunday 29th at 12 Noon. This time we have a double which we'll be naming Galmanho. Galmanho was the name of the settlement outside the city walls in the Marygate area. Hope to see everyone there! We'll be opening the bar for the boat race afterwards.
Head of the River Race Results
YCRC did well at the HORR last weekend with the Mens 1st eight starting 115th and finishing 93rd overall. The Vets also raced at the Vets HORR coming 5th out of 14 in our Vet B category with a very enjoyable row on the Thames, overtaking 2 crews in the process. They came 34th overall. The Veteran Squad is now looking towards the summer and is working to be present at several summer regattas still to be confirmed.
The Women Squad took two boats to Women's Head of the River coming 41st and 82nd!
