This is our webcam pointing out onto the River Ouse! It refreshes every 5 mintues!

That was a first since leaving canal rowing behind - not being able to go rowing because of ice...
Whenever I look on this webcam there are always juniors going rowing at times when I would expect them to be in full time scholastic activity.
Kids nowadays eh?

Really good idea this, now those of us that don't live in York can check the state of the river before making a potentially pointless drive.
Excellent development! Any chance of it being angled so that you can see the towpath to assess water level??
I might point it up or downstream this week to see if that helps.
