New Members Welcome Pack
The New Members Welcome Pack contains a whole host of information to get to know your way around a boat, our club and basic coxing commands. The pack includes a section on boating and landing from our steps which can be a challenge for even the most experienced athletes rowing from YCRC for the first time!
Navigation Training
New members, including those coaching, coxing and driving a launch must complete our navigation training. A short PDF presentation is below along with the link to the assessment. Pass mark for the assessment is 100% and you can retake the test if you do not pass first time.

Fitclub
YCRC uses FitClub – Home for equipment bookings. Your captain or coordinator will explain more when you join. All seniors will need to sign up to the system. A short how-to guide is below.

Time Trial Template
